By using NutriAgent, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What NutriAgent Does
NutriAgent is an AI-powered meal planning and grocery logistics assistant. It helps you:
- Plan weekly meals based on your dietary needs, preferences, and budget
- Build grocery carts from meal plans or extracted recipes
- Track your pantry and suggest refills
- Learn your flavor preferences over time for better suggestions
- Find nearby stores and generate shopping lists
3. Account and Data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (allergens, dietary restrictions, etc.)
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Privacy tab in the app
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (excessive API calls, automated scraping, etc.)
4. AI-Generated Content
- Meal plans, recipe suggestions, and nutrition estimates are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
- Calorie counts, protein estimates, and cost estimates are approximations
- Always verify allergen information — while NutriAgent uses both AI and rule-based allergen detection, no system is 100% accurate
- NutriAgent is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
NutriAgent provides meal suggestions and nutrition information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. You should:
- Consult a healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have food allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements
- Always read ingredient labels on actual products you purchase
- Not rely solely on NutriAgent's allergen detection — always verify with product packaging
- Understand that AI-generated meal plans may occasionally suggest ingredients that conflict with your dietary needs despite our safety checks
6. Grocery and Delivery Services
- NutriAgent may integrate with third-party grocery delivery services (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, Kroger)
- Orders placed through these services are governed by those services' own terms and policies
- Product prices, availability, and delivery times shown in NutriAgent are estimates and may differ from actual store prices
- NutriAgent is not responsible for the quality, freshness, or accuracy of products delivered by third-party services
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use NutriAgent for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Overwhelm the service with automated requests beyond normal use
- Reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or proprietary algorithms
- Resell or redistribute NutriAgent's services without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
- NutriAgent, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Catalyst Agent Solutions
- Meal plans generated for you are yours to use personally
- The seed meal library and preference-learning algorithms are proprietary
9. Service Availability
- NutriAgent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Agent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NutriAgent, including but not limited to adverse reactions to suggested meals, financial losses from grocery purchases, or reliance on nutrition estimates.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
